Arrive in Sydney, Relax & Enjoy the Best Harbour City in the World!
The Melbourne Sandbelt & Mornington Peninsula 9 day tour commences on FRIDAY with meet & greet at Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport.
For our American customers we recommend that because of the long flight across the Pacific you may wish to consider arriving in Sydney for a 3-4 day stop over before flying to Melbourne to commence your tour on Friday. In this case we would recommend departing LA on Saturday evening flights to arrive Sydney 0600 approx. Monday morning. Stay 4 nights in Sydney then fly to Melbourne Friday morning to commence your golf tour. Please see Our Tours Sydney Options.
Flights ex San Francisco and Los Angeles are also available with stopovers via Hawaii, Fiji, Auckland and Sydney with a variety of carriers.
Direct flights are available from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Sydney & Melbourne. If flying direct we recommend departure from LA on WEDNESDAY evening with Qantas, American or United Airlines, departing 2200-2340 that will arrive Melbourne around 0800 FRIDAY morning local time. Flying time is approximately 13 hours.
Your tour will finish on Saturday. If returning to the USA direct from Melbourne at the completion of your tour depart Melbourne SATURDAY to arrive in LA or SF on SATURDAY.
Where additional flights within Australia may be required for alternative sightseeing bolt on packages, customers are encouraged to seek information relating to the Australian Air Pass available from Qantas Airways. The Air Pass is included at very competitive cost as part of the trans Pacific airfare ex LA/SF into Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. www.expedia.com will be useful in the comparison of multiple destination fares between Qantas and the American carriers.
