Nairn Golf Club (Nairn West) - East Scotland, via Inverness

Nairn lies on the stretch of coastline between Fraserburgh and Inverness, and occupies a sheltered spot on the Moray Firth. The course basically follows the classical links layout with the exception of holes 13, 14 and 15, which lie away from the flatter seaside terrain associated with the rest of the course. These three holes are visually reminiscent of a heathland course. Nairn is a fine test of golf for amateur and professional alike, with abundant heather and gorse, perhaps the best greens of any course in Scotland and a scenic mountainous backdrop to complete the package on offer here for a most enjoyable round of golf.

Nairn Dunbar, East Scotland, Via Inverness

In general, accuracy is the main key here at Nairn Dunbar. There is no room for "bailing out" for the better part of the round, as you plot your way through the gorse lined fairways and typical tight lies consistent with seaside golf in Scotland. Some excellent golf holes, a very welcoming club and wholly recommended as being complimentary to the better know Nairn West course.

Old Moray (Lossiemouth) - East Scotland, Morayshire

Moray Old was designed by Tom Morris over 100 years ago and is truly a great links with and abundance of gorse and strategic bunkering. Where some holes allow you to throw the ball right up to the green others will require a precise pitch and run offering variety and diversity of shot making that is the essence of links golf. The course measures 6995 yards from the medal tees and is a par 71.
