Nairn Golf Club (Nairn West) - East Scotland, via Inverness

Nairn lies on the stretch of coastline between Fraserburgh and Inverness, and occupies a sheltered spot on the Moray Firth. The course basically follows the classical links layout with the exception of holes 13, 14 and 15, which lie away from the flatter seaside terrain associated with the rest of the course. These three holes are visually reminiscent of a heathland course. Nairn is a fine test of golf for amateur and professional alike, with abundant heather and gorse, perhaps the best greens of any course in Scotland and a scenic mountainous backdrop to complete the package on offer here for a most enjoyable round of golf.

Some excellent golf holes, a very welcoming club and wholly recommended as being complimentary to the better know Nairn West course.
