It is a legal requirement in Scotland that operators carry appropriate Operator Licensing approvals and commercial vehicle/fleet insurance (referred to as Private Hire or Hire and Reward Insurance)
The absence of either may void all personal passenger liability insurance cover. If you are considering taking up the offer of transport from a provider in Scotland we advise you to ask the Operator for his/her appropriate Operator Licensing approval references. On Course Golf, St. Andrews is PSV Operator licensed approved by VOSA and carries all appropriate commercial insurance. We operate strictly in accordance with those requirements for the operation Passenger Service Vehicles and in particular with regard to scheduled maintenance and safety checks AND the observance of UK Driver Hours laws for your safety and peace of mind.
